Laparoscopic gynecological surgery is a modern, minimally invasive approach to diagnosing and treating women’s health conditions with precision and faster recovery.

At Dr. Dean Martin’s practice, we focus on safe, effective, and patient-centered surgical care that minimizes discomfort while delivering excellent outcomes.

Laparoscopy, also known as keyhole surgery, uses small incisions in the abdomen along with a high-definition camera (laparoscope) to visualize and treat pelvic organs such as the uterus, ovaries, and fallopian tubes.

Diagnostic Laparoscopy

Purpose To evaluate pelvic organs and diagnose conditions such as pelvic pain, infertility, endometriosis, and unexplained gynecological symptoms.

Procedure A small incision is made near the navel. A laparoscope is inserted and carbon dioxide is used to expand the abdomen for better visibility.

Benefits
  • Accurate diagnosis
  • Minimally invasive technique
  • Faster recovery
  • Reduced hospital stay
